Relief from post-void dribbling
Post-void dribbling or “after-dribble” occurs shortly after completing urination, when urine that remains pooled in the urinary channel drips out, aided by gravity and movement. Pelvic floor muscle contractions are the body’s natural means of expelling the residual urine.
When contracted, the pelvic floor muscles compress the inner urinary channel, pushing out the remaining urine. The Private Gym program can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to increase the emptying of the urinary channel.

Male Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) is urinary leakage provoked by physical activities including exercising, sneezing, coughing, bending, lifting, and positional change. It most commonly occurs following radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer, although it can also occur after surgery done for benign prostate conditions.
